Refund and Exchange Policy

  1. Products once sold cannot be returned.
  2. You must email us to mailithiha@gmail.com about any damaged items within 3 days of receiving your order and also send us a 360 degree video of the damaged item.
  3. If the product has been used for cooking, the exchange cannot be processed.
  4. For the complaints sent to us, we will get back to you within 3-4 working days. Authorization for return for the product will be provided after the query has been found valid by our quality team. The sole decision of considering the validity of the query after hearing it from the customer lies with the Ithiha quality team.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Products returned in a used condition
  • Products arrived to Ithiha office in damaged condition when customer opts to courier by themselves
  • Package has been lost in transit when customer opts to courier by themselves

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where a product was received in a damaged condition and was verified and authorized by Ithiha

Cancellation Policy

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
