Do you take orders over phone?
We will love to assist you over phone; however, we will request you to place orders over our website. If you are making payment over our bank account details provide or google payment given to you via our phone assistance, we will confirm this ASAP on receipt of payment and will also let you know our standard delivery time.
Order placing difficulties via website?
Please message us over WhatsApp or call us directly to get updates on payment methods to complete the same.
Changing delivery address or contact details after placing order?
After you have placed the order and it is shipped, this will not be possible. However, you can write to us on mailithiha@gmail.com quickly before the order gets shipped. If the order gets undelivered, we will still deduct the shipping charges for it.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not allow cancellation post a confirmed order. For exceptions, please write to us at mailithiha@gmail.com.
What if I am missing an item in the delivered items?

Are there any additional or hidden order?
There are no such charges. The cost and all charge details are fully published on your bill you receive. Shipping charges will be conveyed when you check out for payment.
