Traditional Idly steamer/Idly Panai is an antique and traditional way of cooking Idly – a healthy food consumed for breakfast or tiffin. A steamed food and is very popular all over the world containing rice and lentils providing energy and protein .
Features:
1. This traditional vessel has a nice lid, Idly tray’s. There are three types of – 7 Kuzhi/pit, 9 Kuzhi/pits and 12 Kuzhi/pits.
2. A beautifully shaped pot has a nice lid with a knob to open the pot.
3. The idly trays insides have also knob to hold and lift them. The holes are nice shaped to let the steam even.
4. The insides of the pot are layered with Tin/Kalai which is a very neutral for all types of food and also gives strength to the brass pot.
